History
After 20 years of highly recognized success as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager for the Ford Motor Corporation, Philip K. Joseph decided to take the steps towards a dream he has held since he first stepped onto US soil as an immigrant in 1972—the freedom of owning his own business and having an indelible impact on the community he served.  In the fall of 1998 Philip partnered with his brother Varghese Joseph, another top performing Ford salesman, and Sunny Joseph, an automotive specialist, to form JMI Partnership, Inc. (JMI) and its automotive subsidiary Joseph Motors Inc.   

Since opening its doors, Joseph Motors has stayed true to the values of honesty and integrity resulting in net positive earnings for every year of business.  

The Josephs also hope to leverage their success to stay true to another calling within the groups’ vision: To have a positive Christ-like impact on those they serve.  This calling has resulted in the founding of a local church, the involvement in various and multiple community organizations such as Big Brothers and Sisters and Student Advisory Boards, Sunrise Community, PCSO events, the Chamber of Commerce, and much more.

Cognizant of their heritage and previous homeland, the Josephs have also helped create an orphanage in India called Global Lighthouse, and today maintain an active role in its international philanthropy.

Joseph Motors is driven by the “customer for life” philosophy which is achieved through demonstrating honesty and integrity in every customer encounter.  As such the relationship with employees is an integral part of success.  JMI believes that when employees are treated with respect and genuine concern, they will treat the customer in kind and the bottom line will take care of itself.  This is embodied perfectly by our almost-world famous “Wall of Fame”.
